Dr. Mike Linville has taught fulltime for the past 10 years at the PhD level.

Combining 15 years of multinational corporate experience with 25 years of international nonprofit experience (including four years living in the former Soviet Union), Dr. Mike understands the complexities, challenges and rewards of leadership.

For the past 20+ years he has served as the CEO of an international nonprofit organization that he founded in 2001. More recently, he co-founded and serves as Senior Advisor to The Analytical Center for Leadership Research and Development, a leadership think tank based in Kiev, Ukraine.

Dr. Mike has extensive experience in leadership development and coaching leaders across a wide variety of leader skills and competencies. A certified coach, he is experienced in the use of a wide variety of leadership assessments and tools.

Over the past dozen years, Dr. Mike frequently has presented on the topic of leadership at the International Leadership Association’s Annual Global Conference and at various other leadership conferences.
